As firmwide chair of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice, Bradley Cosman counsels stakeholders in all aspects of restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency. Bradley draws on his years as a financial turnaround consultant with FTI Consulting to implement results-oriented legal strategies in the context of financial distress.
Bradley is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and represents the full spectrum of stakeholders, with extensive experience representing privately held companies, private equity sponsors, liquidating trustees, and committees of unsecured creditors. Bradley's practice also includes advising clients on nondistressed transactional matters and strategic business planning.
Bradley previously served as chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona, as well as a Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representative for the District of Arizona.
